HPML provides various trainings to prepare the employee to meet the changing requirements of the job. We have developed a series of training courses such as language skills, safety awareness, soft skills, corporate culture, quality control and engineering knowledge etc. In addition, we organize "China and Hong Kong Exchange Conferences" and "Property Visits" to enhance interflow between colleagues of various cities. With the development of internet, we established the E-Portal, an information platform on intranet, for colleagues to obtain information more easily, and we regularly publish the e-Newsletter to share up-to-date information among us.
